We want you to order with confidence. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day returns

• You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging for health and hygiene reasons. Sealed items cannot be returned once opened.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, message us on WhatsApp (0345-0433271) within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the package.
• Verified issues are replaced or refunded — your choice.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent via bank transfer or JazzCash / Easypaisa within 3–5 business days.
• For cash-on-delivery orders refunded after payment, we confirm your refund method on WhatsApp before sending.
